Project Overview:

The Floating Production Offloading Storage (FPSO) vessel was fabricated in Qidong, China, before sail away to Mauritania / Senegal Maritime border.

Role / Scope of Service:

Quantification & cost estimation of multi-disciplinary work scopes. The purpose is to ensure a fair and accurate cost, whilst comparing against EPCIC Contractor estimate prior to entering into a fixed price lump sum agreement.

• Qty measurement & cost validation of steelwork, pipework, electrical, instrumentation, telecoms, HVAC & living quarters.
• Verification of material specifications.
• Validation of pay items and method of measurement.
• Material & labour unit rate analysis.
• Comparison of measured quantities vs EPCIC Contractor Bill of Quantities (BoQ) & Price Summaries.
