Project Overview:
The FPSO is being fabricated & constructed in Singapore, before sail away to Mauritania / Senegal Maritime border.
Role / Scope of Service:
Quantification & cost estimation of multi-disciplinary work scopes. The purpose is to ensure a fair and accurate cost, whilst comparing against EPCIC Contractor estimate prior to entering into a fixed price lump sum agreement.
• Qty measurement & cost validation of Steelwork, Pipework, Electrical, Instrumentation, telecoms, HVAC & Living Quarters.
• Verification of material specifications.
• Pay Item / method of measurement verification (Inclusions / exclusions).
• Unit rate Analysis.
• Comparison of measured Quantities vs EPCIC Contractor BoQ & Price Summary.
