Project Overview:

Expansion of existing Oil field facilities located in the Zhylyoi District of the Atyrau Region. The project is to add further processing, production gathering, and sour gas re-injection capacity to increase crude oil production by 12 million metric tonnes per year. The project will also provide the means to accommodate a planned reduction in wellhead flowing pressure, and thereby optimize / aid recovery of reserves.

Role / Scope of Service:

Quantity measurement of module fabricated, assembled and pre-commissioned at fabrication yards in South Korea, Italy, and Kazakhstan which are then transported to site for final installation and Hook-up.

• Re-measurement of AFC (Approved for Construction) drawings in order to support agreement of Contractor Final Accounts.
• Preparation of multi-discipline Bill of Quantities covering structural steelwork, pipework, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, telecoms, insulation, fireproofing, and civils work.
• Estimating / benchmarking of additional contract unit rates identified from AFC Drawings.
• Support for site teams located in Kazakhstan with Design Change Notices (DCN's) and Variation Order Requests (VOR's)
